It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Fisher of Voorheesville, New York, born in Medusa, New York, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Fisher; and her son Jimmy. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Wacksman (Lynn) of Guilderland, NY, Walter Fisher Jr. (Lou DeMaria) of Prescott and Jeff Fisher (Candy) of Delanson, NY; her grandchildren, Jennifer of Voorheesville, NY., Steve Wacksman (Kathy) of Guilderland, Mike Wacksman of Cobleskill, NY, Christina Menzies (Stuart) of Esperance, NY, Katrina Fisher of Scotia, Ashley Morehouse (Justin) of Owego, Tiffany Wengenack (Jared) of Schoharie, Jessica Preisner (Andrew) of Westerlo, NY and Cody Fisher (Emily VanWormer) of Medusa, NY; her brother Thomas Furman (Linda) of Troy, NY.; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Connor, Madison Wacksman, Liam, Owen, Dillon, Faith Preisner, Victoria, Stuart Menzies, Jayden Fisher, David, James Patnode, Courtney, Colin, Jason Morehouse, Dean and Roy Wengenack; and her stepgrandchildren, Michaela Burbank and Allison Lefebvre. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
