Sheila Ann Otto Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Ann Otto (Voorheesville, New York), born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on November 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Sheila; her husband Frank (Paco); her children, Alexis (New York) and Pilar; her son-in-law Peter Chapman of Yardley, PA; and her grandchildren, Susanna and Henry.

The eve of the COVID-19 pandemic found her in Morocco, where her upbeat, "all will be okay" attitude almost left her stranded in the Sahara Desert.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Sheila's memory to the Alden March Bioethics Institute through the Albany Med Foundation.
