It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra J. Tesch of Voorheesville, New York, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Waters and Geraldine Morrill Waters; and her siblings, Robert Waters, Carol Pisani, Earl Waters Jr., James Waters, William Waters and Cynthia Waters.
She is survived by: her husband William Tesch; her siblings, Kathryn Martin (Michael), Anna Howard (Richard), Kenneth Waters (Debra), Donald Waters (AnnMarie), Deborah Betz, David Waters and Mark Waters; her sisters-in-law, Mary Waters, Marilyn LaJoy and Susan Denninger; and her friends, Julie Breedlove, Mary Fantini, Barbara Sullivan, Sandra VanVorst and Daryl Webb. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
