He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Randolph Maxwell Weaver and Madalene Eleanor Shippy Weaver; his wife Agnes Hall Weaver; his children, William Douglas Weaver (Mindy) of McKinney, TX and Karen Sue Weaver (Michael Eldridge) of Buffalo, KY; his grandchildren, Michael Weaver (Carolina) and Mallory Weaver (Niels Heidner); his siblings, Douglas Weaver, Virginia Weaver Nowacki and Sharron Weaver Pesto; his sister-in-law Phyllis Weaver; his brother Winfield Weaver; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Nowacki and Richard Pesto. He was also cherished by his many nephews and nieces.
