It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Koonz Fallek (Voorheesville, New York), who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Fallek; and her parents, Anna Koonz and George Koonz. She is survived by: her children, Martha Anne Fashouer and Peter Michael Foster; and her grandchildren, Anna Denzel (Jeff), Abigail Collins (John), Dylan Foster, Zachary Fashouer and Jackson Foster. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and many devoted friends.

Donations may be made to St. Peter's Hospital Foundation, 310 South Manning Blvd., Albany, New York 12208 in honor of St. Peter's Hospice Inn.
