Hornick (Voorheesville, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter John Funicello and Josephine DelMonaco Funicello; her siblings, Robert Funicello and Helen Phung; her nephew Anthony Phung; and her aunts and uncles, Elizabeth DelMonaco, Anna, John Slevin and Mario DelMonaco.
She is survived by: her husband William F. Hornick; her son Daniel (Shannon Clegg); her niece Sierra; her great-nephew Brian; her great-niece Jillian; her brother Michael Funicello; her brother-in-law Trinh Phung; her nephews, Lawrence and Christopher Phung; her aunt Julia Davis; her uncle Richard Davis; her cousins, Michael, Peter and Kenneth Davis; and also, Adam (Jennifer), David, Joanne and Sheila Slevin. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, students and friends.
