He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Adams (Ballantine) and Keith Adams Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Samantha (Piparo); his children, Emily and Jacob; his sister Valerie Newell; his brother-in-law Thomas Newell; and his nieces, Kimberly, Stephanie and Erin Newell.

Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, all services for Keith "Matt" Adams have been postponed until the Spring.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Capt. John J. McKenna IV Military Courtesy Room, 737 Albany Shaker Road, Newtonville, NY 12110 for their hospitality and generosity to traveling service members in the Capital Region.
