He was predeceased by: his uncle Scott Herzog; and his aunts, Patricia Longtin and Margaret Frederickson. He is survived by: his parents, Jacob H. Herzog, Jr. and Arlene Herzog (Carr); his siblings, Edward Herzog (Sarah) and Lynn Bragan (Tom); his niece Elena Bragan; his nephew Lucas Bragan; his aunts, Madelon Herzog and Mary Berkman (Scott); and his cousins, Ken (Patty), Erick Miller (Julie Hervieux), Scott Herzog, Stephen Longtin (Lynn), Keith Longtin (Nalanie), Deborah Longtin, Kathleen Frisbee (Steve), Karen Umbrell (Steve), Ellen Zweig (Geoff) and Kristen Bankuti (Steve).
He had experienced health problems for several years, and his death was not COVID related.
