He is survived by: his son Donald Person; his son-in-law Larry Loop; his grandchildren, Eric Person, Katie Foshea (Joel), Rachel Person (Steve Sheinkin) and Lesley Loop; and his great grandchildren, DeWolfe Morrow, Emmy Foshea, Boone Foshea, Anna Sheinkin and David Sheinkin.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Frank's honor to the New Scotland Presbyterian Church.
