He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Helin and Mary C. Helin; his siblings, Elizabeth Male, Ida Cartwright, Margaret Philo and Daniel Helin (Bud); and his son Thomas P. Helin.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. Helin; his children, Jean Lorch (Steve) of Rexford, Frank Helin (Deb) of Carolina Beach, NC, James M. Helin (Dawn Marie) of Rockingham, NC and Eric J. Helin (Cathleen) of Baltimore, MD; and also Gene.
