It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert F. Ramsey of Victory Mills, New York, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Albert F. Ramsey Sr.; and his stepfather Arthur Gannon. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ramsey of Victory Mills; his daughters, Amber Ramsey of Victory Mills, Tamatha Ricci (James) of Victory Mills and Sarah Ramsey of Victory Mills; his grandson Jackson Ricci; his siblings, Lillian Brown of Plattsburgh, Patricia Bush, Ruth Palmer of West Milton, Mildred Dickinson, Brenda Stephens of Schuylerville, Robert Ramsey of Schuylerville, Raymond Gannon of Cambridge and Arthur Gannon of Clinton County; and his half-brother Joseph Ramsey of Glens Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made in his memory to the American Heart Association.
