He was predeceased by: his brother Henry; his wife Beryl Loscalzo; and his son Charles Loscalzo. He is survived by: his children, Janice English and Sean Loscalzo; and his close friend Maryann Ball. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Through Kiwanis, he was instrumental in the donation of Staten Island's first artificial kidney machine.
