He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Phippen and Elsie Phippen (Spencer); his former wife Sandra Phippen (Pittenger); and his siblings, Merle Phippen and Norma Pittenger Abraham.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bliss-Phippen; his sister Gerelda Rouse; his children, Lana Collins (Dave), Lisa Webb (Kevin), R. Spencer Phippen (Carly), Lori Phippen and Melinda Enright (Robert); his grandchildren, Sarah VanLare (Nate), Aaron Collins (Jill), Christopher Collins (Stephanie), Landon, Jared Webb, S. Avery Phippen, Jacob Enright (Katie) and Nathan Enright; and his great grandchildren, Violette, Tenley, Rosie Webb, Mackenzie, Joshua, Esther, Boaz, Hudson Collins, David, Jonah and Cassandra Collins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (320 S Pearl St, Canandaigua, NY 14424). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
