She was predeceased by : her parents, Lillian Urtz Misiewicz and Walter Misiewicz; her husband Bill Bavineau; and her sisters, Elaine Lo Presti and Mary Jane Misiewicz.

She is survived by : her siblings, Janet Harter and Walter.

Contributions in Rita's memory can be made to Sonnenberg Gardens or St. Patrick's Church in lieu of flowers.
