He is survived by : his mother Martha Lee; his stepfather Fred; his brother Steven; his sister-in-law Annette; his stepbrother Jon (Elizabeth Koeng); and his nieces and nephews, Chadd, Taylor Lee, Mitchell, Rebecca Lee and Brooke Lee.
