Holtz (Colleen) and Margaret "Peg" Cushman (Michael); her nieces and nephews, Katherine Mills (Donald), Julie Green (Nathan), Matthew Holtz (Stephanie), David Holtz, Robert Cushman (Marie) and William Cushman (Melissa); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin, Abigail, Carrie, Henry, Leah, Rose, Bridgette, Thomas, Charlotte and Samuel; and her pet Susie.
