He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Bell and Mary Louise Bell; and his close friend Walter Babcock. He is survived by: his significant other Jackie; his sons, David (Kerrie) and Steven Bell; his grandson Joshua Bell; his stepdaughter Amy Bonanno (Brian); his stepgrandchildren, Brian and Grace; his sister Kelli Vestal (Rick Quehl); and his close friend Ellen Babcock. He is also survived by niece, Dr. Ann Vestal, DVM, cousins.

A reception was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jarmusz Cotton Funeral Home (26 Maple Ave, Victor, NY 14564).
