She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Malara, Sr.; her parents, Lumberto Pezzimenti and Rosaria Pezzimenti; her siblings, Catherine Siciliano (Louis), Josephine Loiacono (Patrick) and Frank Pezzimenti (Grace); and her sister-in-law Mary Pezzimenti.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Malara (Denise N.) and Robert Malara (Denise A.); her grandchildren, Christa Knorr, Alicia Costa (Antonio), Marc Malara (Julee Nesbitt), Nicholas Malara (Kelly) and Rachelle Malara (Anthony Colosimo); her great grandchildren, Angelo, Nicola, William, Justin, Ashley, Jadyn, Rosetta and Rockie; her siblings, Rose Pezzimenti and Benny Pezzimenti; her sister-in-law Julie Gorri; and her goddaughter Gloria Jean Carusotti. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
