Phippen (Victor, New York), born in Canandaigua, New York, who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle and Lucille; his uncle Bud Peglow; and his aunt Carol Simonds. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sister Sue Mills; his niece Jennifer; and his nephew Michael. He is also survived by niece and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jarmusz Cotton Funeral Home (26 Maple Ave, Victor, NY 14564).
