It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Beebe of Victor, New York, born in Granville, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Ballard and Anna Ballard (Battease); her husband Victor E. Beebe, Sr.; and her siblings, Truman Ballard, Ernestine Ballard, Joan Rockwell, Judy Panoushek, James Ballard, Sr. and Walter Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Campbell (Dennis) and Victor Beebe, Jr. of Hebron; her grandson Kyle Campbell of Hebron; her siblings, John Ballard of Florida, Edwin Ballard (Joan) of Middle Granville and Frances Felkl of Rutland; and her sister-in-law Sandy Hammond of Comstock. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
