He was predeceased by : his wife Janet Mandrino; his siblings, Joseph, Anthony Mandrino and Mary Leary; and his daughter-in-law Beth Mandrino.

He is survived by : his children, Linda Cannan (Michael) and Philip Mandrino; his grandchildren, Heather Aspenleiter (Dan), Eric Schickler (Lee), Philip II Mandrino (Nanako) and Andrew Mandrino (Jessica); and his sons, Peter Cannan and Timothy Cannan (Lisa). He is also survived by great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be directed to Farmington Volunteer Fire Dept. or the Victor-Farmington Ambulance.
