She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley A. Kujawski; and her siblings, Raymond Jager and Norma Jager. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Dibble (Allen), Bruce Kujawski, Susan Toomey (John), Janice Fremming (Richard), Steven Kujawski (Sandra), William Kujawski, Kimberly O'Keefe (Dennis), Gail Ettaro (Gerard) and Andrew Kujawski (Laurie). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
