He was predeceased by: his son Peter; and his brothers, James and Ken. He is survived by: his wife Sue Anne Stark Loughlin; his sons, Ted (Kerry) of Lititz and Tim (Susan) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Quinn, Dylan and Shannon; and also Patricia Quinn Loughlin of Penfield.
