We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2022, at the age of 69, Clifford T. Payne (Victor, New York), born in Clifton Springs, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Thomas Payne. He is survived by: his mother Doris Payne; his children, Daniel Payne (Kelly), Seth Payne (Brandi), Kara Leftwich (Brian), Jennifer McCartney (Kevin), Chrystie Payne and Terra Payne; his stepson Thomas Beal; his grandchildren, Alex Payne, Samantha Leftwich, Eli Leftwich, Wesley McCartney, Owen McCartney, Wesley Payne, Neve Payne and Taylor Payne; and his siblings, Charles Payne and Janice Burkhart. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
