He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy and Glenn. He is survived by: his brothers, Joe and William; his children, Chris (Mary), Shawn, Erika and Jason (Jessica); his sisters, Marian Weigert (Dirk) and Peggy Suhr (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Madison, Hunter Brake, Myles, Emersyn Kesner, Macie Spangler and Devyn Kesner.

Because Carl truly never met a stranger, we ask that, in lieu of flowers you would carry on his kindness and pay for a stranger's meal next time you're out in his honor.
