He is survived by: his children, Kimberly McCaffrey (Jeffrey), Kevin Fladd and Jonathan Fladd (Jana); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Erin, Maxwell and Madelyn; his niece Sheryl Calhoun; and his nephew David Fladd (Laurie).
