She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Luczak and Mary Luczak; her brother Raymond "Butch" Luczak; and her daughter Mary Blair. She is survived by : her husband Gregory Blair; her children, Barbara Hurlburt (Derek), Gregory Blair (Sheri) and Nancy Green (David); her grandchildren, Kelly Hurlburt, Sarah Hurlburt, Madeline Smith (Kristopher), Patrick Blair (Camille Erickson), Danielle Green and Ryan Green; and her brother Mark Luczak (Susie).
