He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve; his daughter Trisha; his parents, Louis and Catherine; and his brother Louis.

He is survived by: his children, Lou (Mary), Vince (Valerie), Anthony (Rita) and Stephen (Deborah); his grandchildren, Olivia, Amanda (Matty), Louie (Amoree), Kara O'Hare (Mike), Erica Esposito (Steve) and Anthony; his children, Joseph, Salvatore, Marissa, Benjamin, Zachary, Rosalie and Julia; his sister Gloria Carusotti; his aunt Rose Pezzimenti; and his close friend Genevieve Rotoli. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made in Tony's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
