It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Toulson (Vestal, New York), who passed away on June 3, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Toulson and Richard Toulson; and his brother Arthur Toulson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Patti); his daughter-in-law David; his grandsons, Emerson of Becket and Dunham; his siblings, Vivien Lichter (Sid) and Richard Toulson (Linda); his sister-in-law Denise Toulson; and also, Karen, Michael and Molly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Donations can be made in Bill's name to the Samaritans Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
