She was predeceased by: her son Jason Christopher; her parents, Piotr Maciolek and Zofia [Feret] Maciolek; and her siblings, Bronica, Helen Collins (Edward), Esther Bickham, Wanda Grant (Gordon), Zygmunt, Kazmiere and Stanley.
She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, John, Jr. (Judy Klein) of Webster, NY and Jeff (Lisa) of Woodstock, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Marge Crogan Maciolek of Endicott, NY, Grace Sents Rossi of Johnson City, NY and Robert Sents of Johnson City, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
