He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Wenger and Nellie Wenger of Johnson City, NY.; his wife Dolores M. Wenger (White); his siblings, Anna Honsinger, Josephine Dellard and Stephen L. Wenger; and his parents-in-law, Vincent White and Beverly Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Salomon (Edward) of Southhampton, PA, Patricia A. Wenger and Gary Wenger (Patricia); his grandchildren, Eric, Emily Salomon, Caroline Wenger, Kelsey and Gregory Wenger; his great grandchildren, Selina, Rylee and Cyrus; and his sisters, Rosemary Suwak and Dorothy Stepanovsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Theodore can be made to the Johnson City Teacher's Association.
