He is survived by: his wife Janice Makoske of Ted's Bicycle Shop; his sons, Dan Makoske (Ute Nestler) of Plano, TX and Rod Makoske; his grandsons, Jacob Harris, Sullivan Harris and Colby Makoske; and also William Harris.
