It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Fish (Vestal, New York), born in Newark Valley, New York, who passed away on June 30, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Fish and Eva Fish; his wife Diane B. Fish; his former wife Ruth H. Fish; and his brother Robert.

He is survived by: his children, Richard and Sandra Helms (Ken); and his grandchildren, Jeff Helms (Sara) and Chrissy Helms.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Southern Tier Veterans Supporting Group, P.O. Box 1201, Vestal, NY 13851, in memory of Richard M. Fish.
