He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Perry Baumlin and William E. Baumlin; his brother John C. Baumlin; his former wife Clarice Baumlin; his wife Jean M. Ball Baumlin; his great grandchild Patyn Nowak; and his brother-in-law Robert O. Fiedler.
He is survived by: his sons, William (Susan), Brett (Barbara), Craig (Susan), Reid (Debra) and Eric; and his sister Doris Fiedler. He is also survived by 6 grandsons; 6 granddaughters; 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Perry's name to the Broome County Humane Society, 167 Conklin Ave, Binghamton, NY 13903.
