He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Rachel Sanders (Jason), Jason Hofstein, Wendy Green (Brett) and Jodi Shapiro (Oren); his sister Paula Gordon (James); and his nephews, Alex (Marie), Sam, Ben and Greg.
