He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Wozniak; his daughter Sara DeSimone; his son-in-law Joe DeSimone; his grandchildren, Gabriella and Joey; his daughter Lisa Baesemann; his son-in-law Shane Baesemann; his grandchildren, Peyton and Fenton; his daughter Amy Henderson; his son-in-law Blake Henderson; his grandchildren, Lucy and Layla; his brothers, Thomas Wozniak (Karen Wozniak) and Peter Wozniak (Isabelle "Iza" Wozniak); and his nephews, Giles, Jacob, Lucas and Ignatius (Joseph).
