She is survived by: her children, John Bogaczyk (Debby), Steve Bogaczyk (Sue) and Donna Rutkowski (Jerry); her daughter-in-law Kelly Bogaczyk; and her grandchildren, Katie Alissa (Sam), Serena Lester (Matt), Sam Bogaczyk, Ryan, Justin and Evan Rutkowski.
