With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Shaffer (Vestal, New York), who passed away on January 29, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Elizabeth and Charles; her grandson Kyle; and her pet Nikki.

She is survived by: her sons, Edward (Linda) of Endicott and James (Karen) of Liverpool; and her brother Robert (Pat). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Vestal Volunteer Emergency Squad.
