Karen Murphy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Murphy (Vestal, New York), born in Wilson, New York, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew J. Murphy; her father Joseph; her son Kenneth Travis (Mary); her grandson Kyle Travis; and her stepdaughter Kathleen Murphy.
She is survived by: her sons, Jiggs Travis (Debbie), Joseph Travis (Bonne), Richard Travis (Mary Jo), Jay Travis (Lori) and Toby Travis (Tannia); her stepchildren, Regina Watrous (Maria) of Matthew, II, Michael Murphy, Marty Murphy and Alexandra Murphy; and her niece Terry Johnson (Marty). She is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Karen's memory to the First Christian Church 1049 Conklin Road, Conklin NY 13748.
