She was predeceased by: her parents, David E. Neison and Margaret B. Neison (Batchler) of Swiftwater, PA.. She is survived by: her husband Robert (Bob) of Vestal, NY; her children, Kimberly Russell-Shaw (Sharon) of Wildomar, CA and Randy Shaw (Dina) of Pittston, PA; her grandchildren, Michael Shaw (Sarah) and Taylor Haught (Chafin); and her great grandchild Turner Shaw. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
