She was predeceased by: her husband Seth; and her grandsons, Navy, Nicholas Wilson and Scott Lamb. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Sprague (Jim), Seth Tarbox, Jr. (Denise), Cynthia Hamm (Russ), Rebecca Smith (Rob), Rachel Wilson (Bob), Timothy Tarbox (Nancy) and Jonathan Tarbox. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and many great and great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lourdes Hospice (4102 Vestal Rd, Vestal, NY 13850) in Joyce's name.
