He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Elliott and Ella Elliott; his former wife Shirley Elliott; his brothers, Donald Elliott and Robert Elliott (Carol Elliott); his son-in-law Paul Martinez; and his brothers-in-law, Roland, Norman and Jacob Kluger (Lois).

He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Fineout (Bruce) and Vickie Martinez; his sister-in-law Violet Elliott; his grandchildren, Rachael Hutchinson (Shane), Adrienne Sutton (Steven) and Paul Martinez; and his great grandchildren, Hollace Finver, Connor Hutchinson and Charles Sutton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
