He is survived by: his wife Diane Gates; his brother Robert Gates of Apalachin, NY; his children, Laurie Perry, Wayne Roberts, Jr. (Carol), Rob Roberts and Amos Gates (Angel); his grandchild Amber Bradbury; his niece Jennifer Gates; his sister-in-law Linda Beiderbeck; and also Marc Brainard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
