Gloria A Salamida Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2025, at the age of 97, Gloria A Salamida (Vestal, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Domenic P. Salamida; her parents, Concetta Graziani and Faust Graziani; and her sisters, Clemy Bassano (Carmen) and Mary Torrico (Corrado).
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Wilson (Thomas), Rosanne Salamida and Diane Traver (Timothy); her grandchildren, Thomas Adria (Anna), Kori (Jason), Steven (Amy), Neil and Kevin; and her great grandchildren, Aurora, Liliana, Ivy, Nolan and Collin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and an extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (801 Main St, Vestal, NY 13850). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
