He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Wilson Decker (Bill) and Cora Jane Decker (Jane); and his brothers, James and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Carrie (Keith) and Christopher (Lannea); and his grandchildren, Adam and Catherine.
