He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; and his parents, Anslem and Edith. He is survived by: his children, Mary Lou, Bill Wagner of Hillsborough, NC, Bernadette VanDonsel (Mike) of Vestal and Bridget Wagner of Centreville, VA; his grandchild Nicky VanDonsel; and his sisters, Helen Taylor and Linda Wagner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
