He was predeceased by: his wife Marion; and his son Charles Pellett. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard, Robert Shaw, Winton Pellett and Gladys Richards; his children, Richard, Linda Pellett of Saratoga Springs, NY, Robert, Lorraine Pellett and Vicky Toliver; his grandchildren, Stephanie Pellett, James, Kathryn Pellett, Jennifer, Andy Iorio, Melissa, Shawn Olmsted, Sarah Myers, Christina Pellett, Michael, Meryl Pellett and Katie Pellett; and his great grandchildren, Joslin Landry, James Landry, Nicholas Wainwright, Jordon Milner, Reggie Myers, Lucas Olmsted, Avery Adomshick, Cooper Pellett, Chase Pellett, Camden Pellett and Carson Pellett.
