He was predeceased by: his wife Mariquita Wagner (Davidson); his son Robert Wagner; his parents, Charles Wagner and Josephine Wagner; his parents-in-law, Wallace and Clara Davidson; and his siblings, Chuck Wagner and Marion Hess.
He is survived by: his brother Gene Wagner; his children, Sharon Martin (Nova) of Catlett, VA, Diane Goodrich (Jim) of Owego, NY and Jim Wagner (Donna); and his daughter-in-law Christine Wagner (Fiorini) of Endicott, NY.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
