He is survived by: his wife Winfred Ruth Smith Hotchkiss; his parents, Ernes Hotchkiss and Tina B. Hotchkiss; his sisters, Estelle Octerski and Ann Steele; and his daughters, Vicki Westbrook and Karen H. Flood. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
