She is survived by: her husband Seth; her children, Melanie, Seth and Doug; and her siblings, Dusty Purdy, Bridget Purdy, Bonnie Purdy, Beth Purdy, Barbara Purdy, Bernice Purdy and Robert Purdy. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many extended relatives.
